These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bck33 platform and all of its services. In this document, "Platform" refers to the bck33 website, mobile application, and all associated digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or uses its services.

By accessing bck33, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To create a valid account on bck33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Including any false or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and payment method used at registration must all belong to the same person.
• After creating an account, you may be required to provide documents for identity verification.
• An account may not be created on behalf of a third party; it is strictly personal.

2.2 Updating Your Information

If any registered information changes, the member must notify the bck33 support team as soon as possible. bck33 will not be responsible for any delayed or cancelled transactions resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

bck33 is for adults only. You must be at least 21 years old to use this platform.

bck33 reserves the right to verify the age of any member. A national identity card or other government-issued ID may be required as proof of age. Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. Your login credentials, password, and any verification codes must be kept strictly confidential.

4.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly and do not use the same password on other platforms.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. The member is responsible for all activity on their account. bck33 is not liable for third-party misuse, but appropriate steps will be taken subject to investigation.

All financial transactions on bck33 are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The detailed terms for deposits and withdrawals are set out below.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be sent only from the account registered in the name of the bck33 account holder.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a deposit is suspected, the account will be placed under investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent back via the same method used to deposit, and to the account holder's own payment details.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 6 for details).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

bck33 runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus is provided on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used in the account for which it was issued.
• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• bck33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the bck33 VIP program. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Tier progression is determined based on regular activity and consistent participation.

bck33 offers various gaming services including cricket betting, slots, and live casino. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant page.

7.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific exception is stated in the rules.
• A bet left incomplete due to a technical error or network disruption may be considered void.
• If fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are detected, the relevant bets and winnings may be forfeited.
• In the event of a disconnection, the last recorded system entry will be considered final.

7.2 Game Fair Play

bck33 believes in fair play. All game outcomes are determined impartially. If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, please contact the support team — a decision will be made subject to investigation, and bck33's decision will be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of these are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to place bets or play games.
• Making strategic deposits or bets to exploit bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulently seeking out or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

bck33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may submit a request to [email protected]. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

bck33 provides its services as a reliable and secure platform. However, bck33's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• Misuse of an account due to a member's own carelessness or lapse in security.
• Unexpected technical disruptions, server downtime, or service interruptions during maintenance.
• No compensation can be claimed for financial losses resulting from gaming.

Betting and gaming carry financial risk. Always play responsibly and do not wager more than you can afford.

bck33 reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website.
